Each Webkinz™ comes with one year's access to Webkinz World™. When your account expires you will have 14 days to renew your account, after which you will no longer be able to access your Webkinz account. Don't worry, all of your current pets, items, rooms and KinzCash will all be kept in perfect shape for you for a minimum of 30 days from the date your account expired.
To find out when your account is set to expire, click on 'My Pets' in the 'Things to Do' menu. Your account information is shown at the bottom.
Type in your user name and password as usual, then click on 'Adopt a New Pet', not 'Begin Playing'. At the end of the adoption process you will be automatically renewed and back playing in Webkinz World™. Remember: Do NOT use the My First Adoption button on the home page. This is for new members only, not for renewing your account. |
